MAKE SOME NOOOOISE HERE AND NOOOOWW
So Tokio Hotel's new CD came out two days ago. I like it. I like it a lot. 8D My favorites are "Noise", "Automatic", and "Dogs Unleashed." Did anyone else hear it?
School Daze!!</unoriginal title from a Bleach chapter>
School has been keeping me busy, among other things that supply for a good excuse. I'll try and upload works I've done in art class. Most of my drawings lately have either been in my personal sketchbook or on my desk in Spanish and US History. (The other classes are art and Algebra, and you can't write on those desks.) Digital-wise, I've been working on the same pictures for a week or two now. My computer is super-slow lately and every brush stroke in the Gimp is now making my computer freeze for minutes at a time. I'm considering just downloading Gimp to my laptop, which would probably be 10x faster...
But whoo! I'm rambling!
Our school newspaper is dead...everyone quit because some other club at our school said "It's either us or them!", and it's a more legit, college-worthy club than Newspaper, so we lost all of our staff. Which sucks, because our first issue was free for us to print, and I had wrote an article, took pictures of football players and drawn a comic, which you see here:
And "Little Boy Blue" was excited for it, too. I hated to disappoint him. ;___; Eh, maybe someday we'll get the issue out. :<
...also, this week is Spirit Week. Today was Tie-Dye Day. Yesterday was Tacky Day. I wore a Wapanese schoolgirl outfit with a Naruto headband and glitter around my eyes CUZ I'M A SHOUJO SUPERSTAR!
I had an...er, premonition I guess you could call it, this summer. I just randomly thought one day, "Things are going to be a lot different this school year." And so far, I was correct in thinking so. Nothing is the same as it was last year, practically.
Speaking of summer, I remembered something funny that happened this summer.
My grandparents and I were in the living room of their house, they were on the sofa watching the televi and I was on the floor, playing on Windows Media Player.
I was listening to a song on my earbuds, so they couldn't hear the song. So you know those funny visuals you see when a song is playing?
My grandparents stopped what they were doing to watch that visual on my laptop screen for a good two minutes before I realized they were watching.
They were like, "What in the WORLD is that?!" And I said, "It's just something that comes up when music is playing."
"It's...trippy-looking," said my grandmother.
And now I'll stop this journal entry while I'm ahead.
