Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

So, uh, eventful week, eh?

First off, I was on a vacation to Orlando, Florida that we have been planning for many many months. Well, actually, more like we were planning on going to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Universal Studios. But my mom somehow mixed up Disney and Universal, and accidentally ended up buying us two-day tickets to Walt Disney World. Don't get me wrong, it was amazing! More than I could have ever dreamed or hoped for. But I still was looking forward to trying butterbeer for the first time. :c

Second, guess who is going to be in my county at the funeral of a soldier from my town who was killed in Afghanistan? I'll give you a hint: They need to amend the First Amendment because of these assholes.

The motherfucking Westboro Baptist Church.

I don't know what possesses them to picket funerals where not only the veteran's comrades but THEIR FAMILY is mourning with signs like "Thank God for Dead Soldiers", but they're all uneducated redneck retards that need to be kicked out of the country. I am going to be at the church on Monday along with many other counter-protesters to form a human tunnel and shield the poor family from seeing these hypocritical bastards and to mourn the loss of this beloved soldier. If anyone local is going to be there, I'll be wearing my purple Gay-Straight Alliance shirt and protesting the protesters with some sort of witty picket sign. Oh, and possibly a Guy Fawkes mask. HOOHA.

My computer cord might be dead too. The battery's fried, and my charger cord snapped, but my grandfather gave it a quick fix with his 1337 fixing skillz. But I definitely need a new one.

On the subject of things I need...a new subscription. Seriously, it could motivate me to get back into the habit of uploading art I make here. Everything currently on here is rubbish.

I NEED A JOB. BUT I CAN'T HOLD ONE BECAUSE OF ALL THE TRAVELING I'VE BEEN DOING.

I'm not sure about new attractions, but you can meet Rapunzel and Flynn Rider now! I saw them building some new stuff, too, but those probably won't be finished for about another year or so.

Hm, that's kind of far. Honestly, I wish I could just go there in a Guy Fawkes mask and harass them, but I live in Evansville, IN, which is a lot of hours away. The parental units would know I was missing...

I remember Space Mountain! I was AWESOME-SAUCE! X3 I'll definitely go on it again, if I can. I like going to EPCOT and visiting the different "countries." I got a bunch of Pokemon Plushies from the Japan section, Chop sticks, and Puppets and a jade dragon from the China section.

I LOVED THE JAPAN SECTION. I went into the store...and nearly shat myself on first sight. I had to resist the urge to let my inner weeaboo rise back to the surface and scream "KAWAII!!!!" at the top of my lungs, but I resisted. I resisted hard..

I liked England too, and Italy! Mexico was fun too. I didn't get to see China though, I had to go back to my hotel before I could get there

I know, right?! They had AUTHENTIC Japanese stuff. I bought a "How to Draw Manga" book there, and a string thing that I attached to my DS (It has a Pikachu on it. (^o^) ). I loved visiting those countries. It was AMAZING! Morocco smelled goooooood. I also liked the one with the log ride with the mythology or whatever. I think it was Norway, but I'm not sure.
