YES, I know I did a poor job on Wave.
YES, I know I did a crap job on the shading, I was lazy that night...
NO, I can't help it that I do everything in Paint, I can't afford Adobe Photoshop, its 700 bucks!!!
NO, Vortex's arm didn't get cut off or dissolved or disappeared or anything, it's just behind his back up in the air, you just can't see.
YES, credit for Windy and Starr go to bloomacnchez, credit for Vortex goes to me, credit for Jet, Wave, and Storm go to Sega.
